2、压缩冲程 曲轴在飞轮惯性作用下被带动旋转、通过连杆推动活塞由下点向上止点运动,同时过排气门关闭,混合气被压缩。

3、做功冲程 活塞运动上止点时、火花塞7在点火信号发生器和点火线圈所产生的高压电流作用下产生火花,点燃气缸的可燃气。燃烧时产生的高温高压气体推动燃气发电机组活塞下行,通过连杆带动曲轴旋转,对外作功传递扭矩。

4、排气冲程 活塞从下点往上止点运动此时排气门打开,过气门夫闭。气缸内燃烧后的废气被活塞推出,沿排气道排出气缸外。

1、燃气发电机组的富燃烧,所谓富燃烧就是燃料多,氧气相对说少一些,但是他的动力足,但由于在缸体内会燃烧不充分,会通过烟管排到外面来。优点是动力十足,燃料温度低,不足之处是一氧化碳排量多,燃料消耗高。

3、燃气发电机组的燃烧方式按化学计量燃烧:指可燃混合气中理论上可完全燃烧的实际含有的燃气量与空气量之比,是表示可燃混合气中燃料量与空气量配合比例的一个参数。当量比大于1,表示可燃混合气中所含实际空气量少于所须的理论空气量,即空气量不足,燃烧效率随燃油当量比增加而下降,反之,当量比小于1,则表示可燃混合气中所含实际空气量超过所必需的理论空气量,即空气量过剩。当量比实际上就是过量空气系数的倒数。这种燃烧氮氧化物的排量高,温度也很高,高的时候可达到700摄氏度。

If the equivalence ratio is greater than 1, it indicates that the actual air content in the combustible mixture is less than the required theoretical air volume, which means that the air volume is insufficient, and the combustion efficiency decreases with the increase of the fuel equivalence ratio. Conversely, if the equivalence ratio is less than 1, it indicates that the actual air content in the combustible mixture exceeds the required theoretical air volume, which means that there is excess air volume. The equivalence ratio is actually the reciprocal of the excess air coefficient. This type of combustion of nitrogen oxides has a high displacement and temperature, reaching 700 degrees Celsius at high temperatures.
