沼气发电机组尾气氮氧化物NOx治理比较成熟的技术是SCR选择性催化还原技术。选择性催化还原法(SCR)对沼气发电机组尾气中的NOx进行控制,利用NH3或尿素(通常采用质量比为32.5%的尿素水溶液)作为还原性物质,在O2浓度高出 NOx浓度两个数量级以上的条件下,在一定的温度和催化剂作用下,利用NH3将NOx还原为N2和H2O,由于NH3选择性地优先还原NOx,而不先与O2反应,故称之为“选择性催化还原”。
The mature technology for treating nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust gas of biogas generators is SCR selective catalytic reduction technology. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) method is used to control NOx in the exhaust gas of biogas generators. NH3 or urea (usually a 32.5% mass ratio urea solution) is used as a reducing substance. Under conditions where the O2 concentration is more than two orders of magnitude higher than the NOx concentration, NH3 is used to reduce NOx to N2 and H2O under certain temperature and catalyst conditions. Since NH3 selectively reduces NOx first without reacting with O2, it is called "Selective Catalytic Reduction".
