4. In case of electric shock of the staff, the power switch must be cut off immediately or the power supply must be quickly cut off or separated from the power supply with insulating apparatus, and then the rescue must be carried out and the doctor should be sent to the scene for rescue. In case of a flood of electrical equipment, all electrical sources must be cut off immediately and the local power supply station must be informed, and then the fire fighting must be carried out for the live equipment
