    • DESCRIPTION
       The "Jichai" 1000GF9-W low concentration gas generator set adopts the "Jichai" H16V190ZLWD1-2 gas engine as a complete set. This machine is based on the "Jichai" 16V gas engine as a prototype, developed as a 16 cylinder V-type gas engine, high-power, high-performance gas engine, suitable for low-pressure gas, high intelligence, low heat consumption, high reliability, low emissions, and long service life.
       
      In response to the characteristics of large fluctuations in gas concentration and easy changes in pressure during the domestic gas drainage process, through reasonable matching of the intake system and the adoption of more advanced control methods in the world, the gas engine has a wide adaptability to gas concentration, and its power, economy, safety, and reliability have reached advanced levels.

      (1) Supercharger pre mixing technology, where gas and air are simultaneously sucked in by the compressor, is suitable for low-pressure gas.
       
      (2) Lean combustion technology utilizes the world's gas control system to accurately control the air fuel ratio, achieving high-altitude fuel ratio and achieving lean combustion.
       
      (3) Single point injection of gas and closed-loop control technology for air fuel ratio, achieving control of air fuel ratio( λ) Closed loop control. The engine can automatically adjust the amount of air and gas according to different operating conditions and speed requirements in a timely manner, thereby enabling the engine to operate in better conditions.

      Control system:
       
      The Heinzmann K30 air fuel ratio control system and speed regulation system used in the 1000GF9-W high-pressure and low concentration gas generator set are high-power gas engine control systems jointly developed with Heinzmann for the H16V190ZLWD1-2 engine, mainly used for the operation control of low concentration and high-power gas engine generator sets.
       
       
       
      K30 is a complete gas engine control system that includes functions such as speed regulation, air fuel ratio control, load management, gas concentration setting adjustment, and air valve control. The main component GMCU-160-LC controls the gas flow rate based on the mixture flow rate of the engine under any load and speed conditions. It can be applied to any power inline or V-shaped, naturally aspirated or turbocharged engine.
       
      The K30 controller has communication function, which can adjust its internal parameters through a computer, and it can adapt to a wide range of gas quality from low calorific value low concentration gas to high calorific value propane. Even significant changes in gas quality during normal engine operation can be compensated for through closed-loop control.
