During the operation of the diesel generator set, oil stains or impurities will deposit on the filter screen wall, which will reduce the filtering function of the filter. If there is too much deposit, the oil circuit will not be unblocked, and the equipment will not be used normally due to the lack of oil supply.
 

7 Lubrication system and seals

 

Due to the chemical properties of lubricating oil or oil esters and the occurrence of iron filings after mechanical wear, these not only reduce its lubrication effect, but also damage other components. Additionally, due to the corrosive effect of lubricating oil on rubber sealing rings, other oil seals themselves also age at any time, resulting in a decrease in their sealing effect.

 

8 Line connection

If the mute diesel generator is used for a long time, the line connector may be loose, and regular inspection is required.
